Qualifications
-High School or equivalent
-Restaurant experience: 1 year
-Night shift (preferred)
Responsibilities
-Completes prep work and cleaning duties before, during and after shifts.
-Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping, and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
-Prepare food safely, efficiently and in a timely manner
- Ensure we package all meals correctly, including all guest needs and requests, and are following packaging guidelines.
-Knowledgeable of our food & beverage menu.
- Maintains a clean and organized work space.
-Performs duties delegated by manager or supervisors.
-Ability to communicate team members and managers.
-Ability to stand and/or walk throughout shifts, and for long periods of times.
Skills
-Proven experience as a line cook
-Experience using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware
-Knowledge of various cooking procedures (grilling, frying, boiling etc.)
-Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Very good communication skills
